Sanpellegrino Tonica Oakwood is a dry, intense tonic water with specially selected oak extract. The oak extract gives it a brand new taste never found in a tonic lending it pleasant bitter first-hand notes. Tonica Oakwood has a unique and versatile flavour profile, that feels elegant, thanks to its fine and persistent bubbles, that don’t cover up the flavour of a cocktail. Fresh and delicate, with a sparkling effervescence that feels crisp and light on the palate. Hints of oak bark and quinine open up to a wonderfully complex flavour profile that expertly balances bitter and sweet nuances. Serve chilled, ideally at 6-8°C. Lemon peel and rosemary work well as garnish. A low tumbler is recommended for the best drinking experience.
